RETURN POLICY

Our Promise: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from
Eastside Mobile Electronics, you may return most merchandise within 30 days of the original
purchase date.

In order to receive this full refund or exchange, we require that the returned merchandise be in new,
complete and  original condition.

Returns and Exchanges: Audio & Video Items: All returned/exchanged products must be
brand new 100% complete with all parts and packaging materials, less than 30 days old.
All returns must have original proof of purchase provided.
Portable Navigation: Product in new condition, with box, packing materials and all
accessories may be returned for credit or refund within 5 days of purchase.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be charged for merchandise returned.

Non-Returnable Merchandise:

  1. Special orders may not be returned.  
      Special orders are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
      Deposits for special orders that are cancelled are not refundable.

       

  2. Labor charges are not refundable.
  3. Power Window/Locks installed, Alarms if installed unless covered under manufacturers

 warranty for defect.

Refunds: Refund check(s) will be processed and mailed after 10 business days.
All refunds which were originally paid in the form of cash or check will be refunded in the
form of a check .
If the purchase was paid by credit card a credit will be issued to the original card presented
within 10 business days.

Lifetime Installation Warranty:
Valid only on installs provided by Eastside Mobile Electronics

All checks returned by bank for non-payment will be charged a $25.00 service fee.
